User Agreement

We at IndraSagar Technologies believe that every person using this site should be aware of their rights and responsibilities. The fundamental principle of adjudication is captured in the words ignorantia juras neminem excusat which means that “ Ignorance of law is no excuse”. In other words, law presumes that you have read and understood all the laws prevailing on the land and that you cannot take the plea that you did not follow the law because you were not aware of it. For us, this implies that you have read and understood our user agreement and have accepted the same without preconditions. Use of this site implies and constitutes your consent to this agreement and an agreement to abide by its terms and conditions.

Applicable Law

This agreement shall be subject to be jurisdiction of Siliguri Courts and the law of India shall apply. The provisions of these terms of use are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, that term or provision will be constructed consistent with applicable law as closely as possible to reflect the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Right of Access

IndraSagar Technologies reserves the right to monitor all or any part of this service. Granting access to this service will be the prerogative of IndraSagar Technologies alone and its decision in this regard is final.

Contest / Competitions

IndraSagar Technologies may run various contests/competitions from time to time on the site. To participate in these contests, users will have to register himself by filling a form, which asks them for personal information to notify winners and verifying entries. For details see contest Rules.

Indemnity

You agree to release indemnity and hold IndraSagar Technologies, our employees, owners, agents, affiliates, associates and assigns harmless from all liabilities, claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorney’s fees, caused by, or arising out from use of our services including without limitation infringement or dilution by you or someone else using our services from your computer of any intellectual property or other property right of any person or entity, or violation of any of our operating rules and policies relating to the services provided.

Modifications

IndraSagar Technologies reserves the right to make modifications and alterations in the material contained at this site without any intimation to you of such modifications or alterations.
